      Salaries on time leave policy is good.

      Cons

      1. I was working 12 hours a day and still they are expecting 15 hours a day without any OT policy. 2. They do not provide reimbursement of cell and broadband cost. 3. Work culture is pethatic.. No clear policy. 4. They don't even have KT documents or knowledge base they are solely depends on its vendor for payroll processing. 5. Basic logics of payroll are missing.. however these benifit a employee's.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
