      Transparent approach to workload; good compensation, excellent corporate culture. I always feel supported by our managers.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular - as for any company, there are some busy times when you have a DBL or other major deadline. But there is always support from my team and manager.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
