      Flexible time, HR people are very nice

      Cons

      Non-competitive salary for the farmaceutical industry. Poor internal comunication which leads to a lot of human errors. The trainings are not updated or not very interactive, and also not very clear.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
