Flexible hours, some direct level managers are ok (as with everywhere)
Cons
Toxic work culture. Upper management filled with 'jobs for the boys' - very incestuous - associate director level and above employed by 'who you know' rather that having any relevant skill set Workloads are often unmanageable, with no support for it. Middle managers often too scared to speak out on behalf of their team, knowing they will be shown the door for doing so.
