      Overworked, too heavy of a workload Management who did not listen or support Poor hiring choices (in lower and higher roles) Catering to clients without supporting our established processes or guidelines

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
