Pros

Syneos Health (Inc Research and Inventiv Health) is a very good company. Work Life Balance is very good. Very good option for woman.

Cons

First thing: Salary: Be careful at the time of joining. At the time of the interview they will negotiate with you at a certain salary then they will ask you to resign at your existing company, and then they will ask you for proof of resignation. Once you show this proof, then they will start bargaining again for lower salary. They know many ways to cheat you. So be careful and ask for a written confirmation of your salary and offer before resigning your present company. Second: Quality of the work: At the time of interview they will interview you very hard and you may feel that the work will be very challenging, but when you actually enter into the company you will understand that your work is not up to your qualifications and experience. You will end up in doing repeated, boring, fresher's job with no challenges and you will lose your work subject in 6 months or so. Third: Missing the Mandatory Steps to create work: I noticed that onsite people stop doing the mandatory setups in the system as a result users unable to complete their transactions and they raise issues / concerns (or tickets) this will create work for the support teams. The onsite and off shore team takes lot of time to complete these tasks thus surviving for years by creating work in this company. And these people never complete the mandatory setups and never give a permanent solution for the issues. Thus keeps their job safe for decades. Fourth: Respect: onsite people will never respect you (the offshore guys). So you need to be careful when you communicate with them. Fifth: No onsite opportunity.

Pros

There were no pros that I know of.

Cons

The company would set the maximum hours allowed on a specific publication project, and that cap was always insufficient, so the freelancer would be expected to work for free, despite scope creep. Also, timelines were unreasonably short. Poor communication with management meant things took longer than they should have. I left after one project.
