      Pros

      Pay is fine but nothing you can't get at many other CROs.

      Cons

      Poor teamwork. Management permits the divisive behavior and "finger-pointing", which seems prevalent. Way too much self-promotion and jockeying for position. Unimpressive I.T. systems.

      Pros

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
