Pros
The PEOPLE!! - Those who work at this office are phenomenal. They are the backbone and face of the company. Depending on who you report to (line manger, director, PM) your work/life balance may be the only saving grace to this company .
Cons
Lack of decision making by upper management. Willing to let go of experienced personel to obtain cheaper labor. Lack of communication - yet upper management excels at talking about nothing or in circles yet never addresses a direct question. Micromanagement - badge tracking system (are we in jail?) Employees leaving in droves Company advised only mid managers and higher are going to receive bonus pay. New building that is shiny and pretty but everyone inside of it is miserable.
