      Any pros that I could think of have evaporated

      Cons

      Where to start? * no raises * no promotions * no bonuses * no respect * insufferable workloads * ridiculous "points system" to replace bonuses, which everyone finds a joke * elimination of carryover PTO * elimination of insurance stipend that helped offset the skyrocketing premiums post-merger

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
