Opportunity to move up within the company, resources for learning within the system, and support from the team.

Study assignments need to be more regional.

There were no pros that I know of.

The company would set the maximum hours allowed on a specific publication project, and that cap was always insufficient, so the freelancer would be expected to work for free, despite scope creep. Also, timelines were unreasonably short. Poor communication with management meant things took longer than they should have. I left after one project.
