Pros
My direct managers are great and allow for great flexibility in my schedule. The benefits are good overall and the offices are nice.
Cons
I've worked for this company since it was small. Watching it transition to a much larger company is exciting but also disheartening. It has gone from an employee first and transparent company to only caring about the bottom line ($$). Overall it's a great company to work for but this one aspect really weighs on me some days.
