      No micromanaging, not overworked, able to flourish

      Not at the moment. I will say theyre more of a "find the answer yourself" vibe, which I love because I'm smart and good at what I do, but I can imagine a newbie would struggle.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
