Pros
It was the best company I ever worked for back when I started at the end of 2022. The people were great, no micromanaging and just overall felt so happy in going to work. I do think the managers and management from US are still really great and hoping people to succeed, unfortunately an offshore company bought out and the leadership has completely lost what used to be valued
Cons
The base pay, benefits, maternity leave (6 weeks), they cut commission and PTO, no sick time, short term and long term disability got taken away Sadly since the acquisition the company has done nothing but take things away from workers. from what I used to think was the best place to work has crumbled to be a really tragic offshore riding company to save a few bucks
