Pros
I learned so much at Synecore and I'm so thankful that Sean and the team gave me the opportunity to write content. Synecore is made up of a young team eager to learn and progress. Kevin Page, the project manager, did a fantastic job of making sure projects were completed on time, within budget and up to client standards. Jordan, the designer, was very collaborative and open to suggestions, which she would always tastefully incorporate into her final designs in some way.
Cons
Small company, you'll have to wear multiple hats and extend very far beyond your job description. The only other con I can think of is that the work day is not necessarily 8 hours, it's often more than that, which can be a burden sometimes if you're the type of person that craves consistency/has things going on outside of work on the reg.
