Pros

Unlimited PTO, Remote Work, Some Autonomy

Cons

The only thing they care about are sales. C-Suite does not live up to their word and most leadership should be re-evaluated to futureproof. Joining Syndigo was an exciting experience as things did seem like they moved fast, but that comes at a price where the onus is largely on the CSM teams. And then the reality that words run fast, but progress and living up to those words are non-existent. Colleagues ask about their career growth and are given standard corporate answers instead of facilitating or fostering workers with ambition. Previous leadership were openly hostile towards people and still received more respect and compensation than some current leaders tanking morale and the culture. Inept leadership hired by those previous leaders. A good ol' boys club instead of innovative and visionary staff. When asked about DEI initiatives they tout their divisions in India. Two-faced toxic leadership that conflate stories, reactions, and fabricate situations to align with their own personal interests. They do not care about retaining talent or paying fairly. A lot of historical data and knowledge has been lost due to this. Hiring external staff who do not know the product but speak tech and business terms over internal. Feedback is overlooked. Enhancements no one is asking for with no substance to carry them into adoption. Focusing on the competition rather than being the best out there. Staff spends most time chasing their tails due to silo'd or poor communication practices. Leadership gets offended when large issues are acknowledged. High performers held to a different standard with no real incentive. All served with a condescending smile. If you want a place with undocumented or unkept processes, strain on staff without thoughts on how it will affect them and leadership you can run circles around. That's Syndigo.

Pros

This has been one of the better company cultures I’ve experienced. People care about doing good work and helping each other succeed, with competition focused externally rather than within teams. There’s a lot of opportunity to take ownership and grow if you’re proactive. Leadership is transparent about where things are headed and why, and there are a number of professional development opportunities. There’s also a clear commitment to work-life balance, with things like weekly quiet hours and Flex Fridays during the summer.

Cons

During periods of change, priorities can shift quickly. That said, I've seen those create new opportunities for growth and advancement.

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at Syndigo. The people are one of the company's biggest strengths. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, supportive, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. There is a collaborative culture where employees care about their work and enjoy being part of the team. I especially love working on my team. We collaborate well, support one another, and genuinely enjoy working together. It's rare to find a group that works so effectively while maintaining such a positive atmosphere. I also appreciate the strong work-life balance. There is flexibility and trust, which allows me to do my best work while still maintaining time for my family and personal life. Overall, it's been a positive place to grow professionally while working alongside talented colleagues who are invested in helping each other and our customers succeed.

Cons

I don't have any significant cons to note based on my experience. Like any growing company, there are always opportunities to refine processes, but overall my experience has been very positive.
