Pros
-Decent base pay but quotas are very high. Usually 1-2 people on each team actually hit their OTE -Decent product and position in the market -New CEO and leadership filtering out previous "boys club" SLT
Cons
-Micromanaging boiler room -Managers play favorites and assign accounts/territories on favoritism -High Turnover. "Senior" reps on most teams have been there ~1 yr -If you live near an office then you are forced to go while your managers and other team members work remote and they took away commuter benefits -Changed insurance from one of the best to one of the most expensive and worst providers
