While my experience with Syndigo has been overwhelmingly positive, I would like to provide some constructive feedback. Some projects can be challenging and require additional time outside of the typical 9-5 workday. However, I believe that this is a common occurrence in the industry, and the company has been supportive of employees who need to work outside of normal hours to meet project deadlines. Additionally, the challenging projects have provided opportunities for me to develop new skills and grow professionally, which I appreciate.
