      Pros

      Management and account execs truly care about understanding the client's critical business issues and sourcing the right talent for the particular position. Integrity is a large part of the business model and is always at the forefront of all client interactions.

      Cons

      Technical staffing is a very competitive business and you will often find yourself competing with larger firms that may have access to larger talent pools and/or prefer to work directly with internal staffing resources rather than outsourcing. You will need to be creative in finding the best approach to work with a prospective client.

      Pros

      Overall, management and staff are great to work with. The environment is all virtual, which takes getting used too.

      Cons

      There are too many to mention them all. The worst benefit package I have ever seen. The President has created a very chaotic and stressful environment. There are no disclosed policy and procedures. No one really knows what is going on, or how to do their job. Difference in opinions are not appreciated and unless you’re a “yes” person you’ll get terminated. Communication within Management is terrible. This company has a high turn over, which is probably due to the lack of leadership.
