Good - Office Assistant Syndicate Distribution Employee Review

I like working here and the products are awesome!

The only con I have is that we need more space.

Work/Life Balance Weekends off Base + Commission Family Atmosphere Willingness to listen and adapt Honest feedback I have read reviews on here and have a hard time believing any of the negative reviews I have read. This is a sales job, your job is to make sales. Plain and simple. If you are not willing to hustle and put in the work, then of course you are going to write a negative review. I have had a blast working here. I love my team, I love the management, and the CEO cares about his employees.

There are no cons in my opinion. This is the best company I have worked for, by far.
