      The office was close to my home.

      Cons

      Syndicate Distributions is the worst place I have ever worked. The company is part of and run by the owners of Nicopure Labs. I recommend also reading their reviews on Glassdoor. In my opinion, the company is going through rough times and any job here is not secure. There is super high turnover rate, not only from people being terminated, but people jumping at any possible opportunity to leave the company, even for less pay. The CEO is cancer and makes the work place unbearable.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance Weekends off Base + Commission Family Atmosphere Willingness to listen and adapt Honest feedback I have read reviews on here and have a hard time believing any of the negative reviews I have read. This is a sales job, your job is to make sales. Plain and simple. If you are not willing to hustle and put in the work, then of course you are going to write a negative review. I have had a blast working here. I love my team, I love the management, and the CEO cares about his employees.

      There are no cons in my opinion. This is the best company I have worked for, by far.
