Good Comapny - Software Test Engineer Syncroute Employee Review

No good points to mention.

This company should know how to treat its employees. Employees are treated worse than animals. The employee only keeps losing money and never saves anything. Salaries which are very low in the first place(Rs 6500) are always given late. Employee health is of no concern to the management. The management is rude and hell bent on saving their money no matter what the circumstances are.Training is provided initially on a self support basis but no certificate is issued in return stating that you are trained. Sim card and other employee necessities like laptops are never issued until the management is asked a thousand times. Please please please do not approach this company if you do not want to destroy your career.

This is the only section where i can write about this company . let us start with salary . 1. Salary - that is 6,500 and mind it that is not your take home salary . After deductions it comes to 6,300 and if you are not able to submit proofs of travel allowance I.E your bus tickets , railway tickets which you need to stick on papers and submit than the salary goes down even further so EXPECT A SALARY of 6000 . And i thing it is far less than what a taxi driver earns .Note this salary wont increase even in a year .A Cab driver laughed at me when i told him my salary 2. Work . The work you need to do here is field work . i.E Take Photos and no brains to be used . Donkeys work .It is very hectic in hot sun on terrace taking photos all day and after going home sorting those photos and emailing them so expect yourself to work for 12 hours or more. Holidays only on Sundays and sometimes you need to come on public holidays too .You are made to work like donkeys climbing terrace and people look at you as if you are a plumber or mechanic . I have heard that RF Surveyers of other COMPANY ARE HSC PASSOUTS . 3.Staff I Think there are total 10 people in this company . And i had seen people fighting with accountant because of money deductions so funny . 4: Training INTERVIEW AND TESTS ARE JUST SHOWOFF TO MAINTAIN THEIR STANDARDS . Even if you fail they are ready to select you . They tell you to pay certain amount for training which is of no use . It is just to add revenue for the company . I lost my valuable money SO GUYS BEWARE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY I SUGGEST . From my point of view this COMPANY WILL SHUT DOWN SOON . 4G is new technology coming but this won't benefit here anyways. RATINGS SHOULD BE ZERO FOR EVERYTHING
