People are friendly and helpful. Great environment to work in that has a good work/life balance. The small company atmosphere allows everyone to get to know everyone even those not working in the same office. The company allows a lot of flexibility and puts family first. In return they expect the work to be done in a timely and efficient manner. You are able to rely on anyone in the company to do their part and work as a team.

Nothing I wouldn't expect any where else. Sometimes things are moving too fast for proper communication to flow from the dev team to support. Still working on fine tuning expectations of some positions as the roles will overlap a lot of the time and you will be finding yourself wearing multiple hats.

Small company so benefits, while acceptable, were not extensive. Other challenges associated with a small company which should be obvious: money, infrastructure, etc.
