- Learned alot during my time there. - Great staff which made the job that much better. - Company is moving in a positive direction and implementing a lot more processes and procedures which took a lot of the guess work out of things which there was more guessing 2-3 years back, good to have more structure and standards. - Parking was never a problem. Restaurants close by :) - Good overall environment and a fun place to work. - Moved up in the company after putting in a bunch of time there and gave me a great opportunity to advance my career.

- ticket notes had to be very detailed. - would have liked to gain more certificates if i had time.

Reasonably nice people to work with. Autonomy and not a culture of blame.

No structure or consistency with company policies. No training for incoming employees. No career growth plans for existing employees. Management does not take a true leadership role on company "initiatives".
