      Pros

      Freedom to work without a rigid schedule. A self-starter would really thrive in this work environment. Interesting and challenging projects involving cutting edge DSP, SDR and hardware acceleration techniques. Because of the small size of the organization, everyone's work has a direct impact on the direction and success of a project. Solid benefits and a great looking future as more projects keep rolling in.

      Cons

      I'm my own technical support. Lack of structure can make it difficult to tell what immediate priorities are on a day to day basis.

      Awesome coworkers, very flexible schedule, interesting projects in a wide range of areas, and exciting plans for future expansion into new projects.

      Cons

      Small company with limited office space and infrastructure at the moment, but plans to expand are currently in the works.

      Training and Tuition Reimbursement, Technology Refresh Budget (and encouragement to take advantage of these opportunities to gain new skills), Performance Bonus, Great Benefits. There is a great potential to move up with your field, and explore others. The company promotes an environment and culture that leaves its employees excited to work hard.

      Cons

      On the smaller side now, but with great potential and already gaining speed.
