you get a monthly salary some really great people to work with who are totally beaten down and under rated.

long days every day usually 10+hrs ,lots of people working for minimum wage in poor conditions for example an old warehouse building with poor heating and disgusting toilets, until the manager gave up his office there wasnt even a place to eat lunch or sit down upper management that talks a lot about motivation and leadership yet has no clue how to demonstrate either , a blame culture always someones fault never the process regular firing of employees non existent training. lack of safety with regular cuts from open blades and one serious recordable accident at xmas owners are always looking to do things on the cheap, with untrained people maintaining the machines managers haranguing employees over a pa system during christmas shouting for them to hurry up then firing people for mistakes being made

I no longer work there.

Worst run company I have ever worked for. Half the office communicates in a different language even during work discussions and meetings. Poor management styles, abysmal set up, poor wages and run like a primary school. The facilities are terrible with unclean / unhygienic toilets. Double standards for management and those staff who are family / friends of the owners.
