Great Place to Work - Anonymous employee Syncline Films Employee Review

I've worked full time with Syncline Films under their subdivision streamingLive . After my tenure of 2 years i can say i can't think of a better opportunity for me as my first job. I've learned here a lot as a developer. Management listens to your technical issues and give you flexibility to try new approaches. Team is small and efficient . Every person there knows his/her job. People are cooperative and supportive. Some extra perks were : -- Foreign trips possible -- Increment percentage is higher than market

I hardly see any cons but still wanna share a thing. They deals in Live events , live conferences and all, So sometimes you have to work in a little pressure because as management quotes there "In media industry there is no possibility for No Show" So one way or the other you have to make things work. But i didn't see that as an actual con. Anyone who wants to grow, mild pressure on certain occasions is the part of process i guess.

With immense expertise and industry knowledge Extensive knowledge accumulation with fast paced growth in oneself Great stream to work provided the passion to work in video streaming industry/ film making/ Cloud based and much more to learn from. I believe this company to be a great place to work for any individual. It helped me grow and become a better individual.

9/10 - there is always a space for improvisation in any organisation
