      Pros

      I have worked retail pharmacies for 15 years before coming to PCA and I have been amazed at just how much the do for their employees. From Christmas bonuses to employee trips to the zoo and team building exercises and Its almost like they look for any good excuse to order in food for us.

      Cons

      Like many medical facilities we never close. But, if you know the field then you know the game and the hours that come with it.

I love to visit and appreciate the many team members that making working there fun and exciting while always doing their best to go above and beyond for our customers and their residents!
