      No pros, avoid, avoid, avoid. Work for someone else, who will appreciate you. Move along, nothing to see here.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you work, if those above you are caught with their hands in the cash register or make bad decisions, you are out. It's all about the share price.

      Pros

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Cons

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
