      Learning and understanding the craft/potlucks/ not working outside in the sun

      Cons

      Work and personal life balance , not the best. Negative comments about race was heard and referring to someone as a dumb or stupid blonde. There was not a steady hr rep present

      Synchro has a fast paced environment where you grow and learn every day. If you do not have passion and pride in your work, you may find it difficult to keep up.
