syncari offers a cool product and solves a lot of problems for organizations

Customers do not understand the product complexities and require a lot of handholding to build new use cases. The company is very siloed for having fewer than 30 employees. Rarely did ELT ask how employees were doing with a personalized 1:1 check-in and what trends they noticed with customers - it seemed like they only spoke to management (unless you were in a Slack channel and they decided to chime in). It was clear that most management was overwhelmed due to the tumultuous times of 2023.
