Pros
Nothing really good about it. Similar to most other companies out there. However, This organization is only best to work here for maximum 1 year. Join your own Risk so this is what i can recommend you and i hope you will learn with in 3 months each and every thing and School System as well ;)
Cons
-The employees are not planted according to their skill set and potentials. The management shows strict behavior, It seems like you school environment whereas no such thing as normally in Software Industries. -Lot of favoritism. - Poor Reviews System. Maximum raise can go up-to 10K which is rare. Most people turns out to be below or near average and they get between 4K to 7K (PKR). - Despite of the fact that you have been working extremely hard through out the year, the criteria for getting higher designation is unknown, & they'll throw crap at your face in the reviews. You'll be asked to believe that you did nothing. So dont expect any credit for your work. - As already mentioned about favoritism, team leads feedback does not even count when deciding salary raise, so, for "better" salary raise, you have to be a "YES MAN" and keep the "management" happy. This way, you can expect some good bonus after every six months :D - Very Poor Benefits.
