      Pros

      There are no pro's to working for Supply Desk when compared to the numerous other agencies in the education market place.

      Cons

      There is very little professionalism through out the company. During my 2 years with Supply Desk there was a culture of uncertainty and pressure to every aspect of the business.

Whilst you expect a driven and forward thinking organisation like Synarbor to be stretching, I do agree, we must never not have fun and we must work exceptionally hard every day to make sure that all of our colleagues feel well rewarded, supported and challenged. Whilst I respect your opinion, I must say that both of the Branch Managers you worked with at Synarbor are nothing but the most utmost professional people so I am very surprised to read that part of your review.       Pros

      Synarbor is a very dynamic organization that is well known for its innovation, high levels of candidate compliance and relentless focus on high quality candidates with a primary aim of improving outcomes in classrooms. The company operates a relatively flat management structure, which means there is a lot of autonomy and an expectation on everyone to perform! The company is constantly looking at ways to further improve and stay ahead of its competitors. It has an excellent commission structure and a wide range of incentives for all employees who are well supported throughout the business by a high achieving and dedicated peer group.

      Cons

      Doesn't do enough to shout about how good it is! Genuinely struggling for anything negative.
