      Pros

      Salary and Benefits are good, but management is oblivious that those are not the highest priorities of new-gen staff.

      Cons

      Senior Management seems to have changed their management style. Pushing down new policies and processes without giving any thoughts to how those affect staff morale, job scope , workload and productivity. Least bothered about people management side. 'Somehow Get it Done because I want it' seems to be the moto. Anything and everything is linked to KPIs and performance appraisal (scare tactic)

      The work to be done for the public healthcare industry is meaningful. The clients are generally very supportive

      Cons

      Senior management is out of touch with the working level staff No sense of urgency or accountability in the work culture
