Pros

Salaried position. Monthly gym and cell phone reimbursement. Part of health insurance paid for. Plenty of PTO (if available to use when requested). Techs are nice.

Cons

3 year contract minimum required. If you break your contract be ready to pay back at minimum $5k+. Rarely provided lunch breaks or bathroom breaks. Must be available 6am-6pm. Paid for 40 hours but essentially you’re available to them for 60...say they offer paid on job site training but training program sucks. Low morale.

Pros

They will train you and they can be a stepping stone.

Cons

Where do I start... The place is a revolving door and I completely understand why. All of the negative reviews are 100% true. Long hours, no breaks, zero work life balance. I’m sure they’re regularly breaking some kind of labor laws. They treat their employees like property as if they own them. They don’t even try to pretend like they respect their employees. I saw all the negative reviews before starting the job and decided to accept the position anyway, thinking “ it can’t be that bad”. Ignoring the negative reviews was a HUGE mistake. I can’t imagine any company being a worse place to work for. I’m surprised they have been able to stay in business this long. They make you sign a very restrictive non-compete agreement upon employment because they know you will want to leave once you see how they are ran. If you have any complaints about the way you’re being treated, they won’t attempt to correct it, they’ll just fire you and make up an arbitrary reason for why they’re letting you go. If I was a surgeon or technician there’s no way I would want to be affiliated with this company. Karma will catch up to them one day if it hasn’t caught up already.
