Pros
- Good hardware with a work monitor and keyboard of your choice. - Some peers are pretty brilliant and dedicated. - Compensation is decent
Cons
- Both the founders are arrogant and try to micromanage the team down to their slack status when working from home. - They constantly monitor if any employee is leaving a bit early (before 8 PM) from work and makes sure to pass notes around making fun of you. - Lack of transparency in ESOPs from founders as even after working 2 years here, I never got my equity document as promised as the constant excuses was that "we are trying to figure out with our legal team".
