Pros
The people there are nice and welcoming. They take time to teach you skills that can be used if you want to become a successful sales person at Cosco/Walmart or Sam's Club.
Cons
Strange work hours. They are not 100% transparent in the interview of what exactly you will be doing. The amount of new hires that would show up on their first day and express how this is not what they were promised or not show up the very next day was at-least once a week.
