Pros

Some of the team members are great to work with, and the work itself can be interesting if you manage to navigate the constant ambiguity.

Cons

The CEO's management style was incredibly difficult to work with. On multiple occasions, I felt talked down to in front of my peers, which significantly impacted my confidence and motivation. Expectations were often unclear or not communicated upfront, leading to confusion and frustration. It felt as though goals were set without full understanding or support, and then I was criticized for not meeting them—despite the lack of clarity. The overall work environment became increasingly toxic, with limited opportunities for feedback or growth. The lack of open communication and transparency from leadership made it feel like I was set up to fail from the start.

Pros

Free Snacks and drinks. Work load is manageable. Difficulty isn't too hard or too easy. It's just right. Great place for starting a career as the senior engineers are willing to teach the entry level employees.

Cons

Turn over rate is high. Pay is way below the minimum starting salary for Denver and Colorado. Not a good place to grow for your career. There are incentives to get your engineering licenses, but it isn't great. No clear communication for how well you are doing. You can do well one day then the next get write up for "poor performance" the next.
