The management team genuinely cares about their employees and tries their best to deal with any issues employees encounter, whether work-related or life-related. Everyone in the office is respectful to each other and dedicated to the projects. I've had a great mentor/supervisor here who genuinely listens, cares about your own growth and gives you great advice on work/life.

Meetings with clients could be a con to some people. But clients I had are usually easy to work with.
