      Great work environment, Colleagues are really nice, benefits are good. Work life balance is good

      Cons

      No promotion in 5 years regardless of taking on more jobscope. Very stagnant in career.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
