      Colleagues are good Lots of opportunity to grow and develop (as in lots of areas can be improved)

      Business and Operations can be more in-sync Too many talkers and very little doers Poor standard in decision making processes Priorities and business strategy needs to be recalibrated Remuneration package is not competitive to market rate

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
