      Work-life balance People are nice Serious on technicality of product Free access to percipio Top player of the market

      Cons

      Salary. Slow promotion. Outdated IT system and very expensive but inefficient IT supporting company. Too many hierarchies and long waiting time to get almost anything done. Highly competitive market.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
