Pros
Initially, it was an amazing company. It is a fantastic place to enhance your skills, and you get to work with genuinely good people. The perks are also great, including free food and an excellent location that is easily walkable from the metro.
Cons
There is absolutely no job security. I was fired abruptly, with management citing sudden "performance issues." In reality, there was a massive internal collapse: the CTO left, top management fell apart, and my entire team was dismantled. The employees who survived the cuts were just merged into a different vertical. To make matters worse, the severance pay offered after this sudden termination was very poor.
