People are generally nice and helpful coming from large organizations Salary package can match banks so as to attract you joining them Insurance plan in Hong Kong is quite good Lunch meals and some expenses can be reimbursed Little extra money to bring your own benefits (BYOB)
Cons
Ruin your career by telling you that they wanted to hire you as a technical person but then let you go by telling you they in fact looking for a sales type of person. Do not tell the truth otherwise you will be dismissed Do not tell you the job expectations and you have to guess what you need to do. In the end, they will let you go by saying that you have not done their expectations (in fact they haven't communicated).
