Pros
Symmetry Software does employment right. As soon as you start you can tell things are done differently here. You are treated as family. Everyone is very helpful making sure you are brought up to speed and find your own groove. There are many moving parts and a lot of work accomplished daily but you don't feel rushed nor the feeling of fires needing to be put out. There is a very healthy work life balance.
Cons
We are a small company and therefor each of us wear many hats. This can also be seen as a pro since it allows for us to get outside our comfort zone and learn different aspects of the business.
