Pros
Some good people in sales and marketing. location is easy to get to. office layout it nice. Seems to have a good core investment philosophy.
Cons
Unfortunately the cons far out weigh the Pros to the point that I am not even sure that the core philosophy is safe from poor management. Entrenched Management and senior employees prefer the status quo in lieu of progress , lack of technological know how, unprofessional managers, not receptive to improvement, stuck in the 1990's.
