First job in the field after college. Good learning/ starting experience since there are only about 15 people that work here so you get involved a lot.

Unorganized and unfair management. They take advantage of you and expect the most with the least possible pay. If you’re willing to work for so little for initial experience, go for it but don’t stay longer than a year. There’s a reason why they’ve put “must stay for a long time, no job hopping” on their job postings...

Decent job for recent grads looking for lab experience.

Terrible management, severely disconnected from the lab and extremely disorganized. Company allows certain people to get away with inappropriate behaviors. Minimal safety measures. Understaffed and the workers are severely underpaid.
