- Mangers, Team leaders have no sense, they are extremely rude - unfair expectations - unpaid overtime - uneducated staff - I worked in environmental team and the team leader was extremely rude and good for nothing. - seniors gave you maximum work and expect cleaning as well so you will start at 9am and finish by 7pm daily without getting paid for overtime.
