6yThanks for sharing your feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed our unconventional work culture and that you enjoyed watching football. I care deeply for our employees and like to provide benefits that reward and recognise hard work. I note your concern about lack of information. Our rapid growth has been great, but I am mindful that it has also presented challenges, particularly to our employees. Unfortunately, I have not always been able to share everything, as we are a publicly listed company. I’ve increased the frequency of All Hands for company updates. However, I want to create an open culture and my door is always open.
