- Although it’s a Telco company at its core, the infrastructure and customer experience are fully software-driven, built with modern microservice architecture — a great environment for software engineers. - Early exposure to a wide range of technologies across frontend, backend, DevOps, and cloud. - Strong engineering culture with supportive and collaborative software teams. - Great graduate program and relaxed work culture promoting good work-life balance.
Cons
- Being in the Telco industry, the pace of change is slower and there’s less drive for rapid innovation. - Much of the work focuses on building and maintaining infrastructure rather than customer-facing products, which can feel repetitive over time. - Compensation is below the market average for software roles. - Occasionally need to deal with legacy systems and older technologies common in the Telco space.
