      Benefits are good, free snack/ drinks that's all

      Cons

      Beware of their recent acquisition, start looking for a new job -1 pay, 3 jobs to handle. - Quiet work/ isolated work culture - no room to growth Not a lot of room for professional growth, management does not focus on training employees. Company's future does not appear stable despite management's enthusiasm.

      - Mostly a very positive atmosphere - Great Locations Globally to work - Even Senior Staff are friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      - Very few opportunities to advance existing staff up the ladder - Quite Top Heavy in terms of Managers / Directors / VP - " Commercial " orientated decisions - IE The Sales Guy is always deemed correct.
